If any of these Terms and Conditions are unenforceable, it shall not affect the enforceability of the rest of these Terms and Conditions. Your statutory rights as a consumer remain unaffected. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales only.
All digital-delivery products will be delivered free-of-charge and will be immediately available via online access. Details of on line access will be sent by email immediately after purchase.
Physical products have different delivery charges depending on the item or items concerned. The delivery charge will be clearly displayed on the order page before any order is confirmed. We intend to deliver all physical products within 5-7 working days.
Whilst we will make every effort to deliver within the time stated on our website, we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. Please notify us as soon as possible either by telephone or email if you do not receive your goods within a reasonable time. We will endeavour to get your goods to you as soon as possible or you may cancel your order and obtain a refund.
We will attempt to deliver your order to your delivery address. If products are returned to us as undeliverable, we shall refund the price of the products in full. For security reasons, overseas orders will only be delivered to the cardholder’s billing address.
Refunds And The Right of Cancellation
The United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations 2000 provide you with a right to cancel your order for products at any time up to the end of the seventh working day following the day after the day on which you received the products. You do not need to give us any reason for cancellation. If you wish to cancel your order please either write to us at the returns address below, or via email to firstname.lastname@example.org with details of your cancellation.
If you have already received the products you must carefully repackage and return them to us at the returns address shown below. Until you have returned the products to us, you must keep them in your possession and take reasonable care of them. We will credit the price of the cancelled products once we have received and checked that they are in a re-saleable condition. We will not refund any postage costs incurred.

In addition to the above, we also offer a minimum 30 Day Money Back Guarantee. If you have purchased an item within the last 30 days and for whatever reason you are not happy with it, please call Customer Care on 0333 444 0744 to get a returns number. Then, simply return the item unused in its original packaging, quoting the returns number you have been given, to the address shown below. Once the item has been received, your refund will be processed. We will refund the purchase price but not any delivery costs incurred by us in sending the order to you or incurred by you in returning the goods to us.
We will take great care to ensure that you receive your goods in perfect condition and that they are in good working order. However, if your goods are damaged or faulty, please call Customer Care on 0333 444 0744 within 7 working days of receipt of your order. We will either replace the goods or arrange a refund as appropriate. We will also pay you the cost of the return postage. Please contact Customer Care first and we will issue you a returns number (which you will need to include in the package) and instructions on how to return the goods to us. You will need to obtain a proof of posting certificate from your Post Office for us to be able to refund your postage costs.
Your email address and personal details will be held in a database and you may receive occasional emails or correspondence. You may unsubscribe at any time. Your name will not be rented, sold or traded.

For all goods returned, we recommend that you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon delivery such as Royal Mail First Class (Recorded Delivery) as you will be responsible for the goods until they are received by us.
