Supplier Agreement

Sellers provide the wholesale price of the products to Overstock.com. Fulfill the orders through UPS, ship products under their own account and bill to the Overstock UPS account.Standard 30-day return policy

    b. Itemized Fee Schedule (Standard Agreement)
  2. Transaction fee based on order volume
  3. Marketing Allowance

Payment Term: Net 60 (Standard Agreement) or Net 37 (FC Agreement)

Marketplace Agreement

Sellers set up the retail price and freight of the products on Overstock.com. Complete responsible for the fulfillment of orders and customer service. Standard 30-day return policy

Fees:

  1. Product Fees (Commission)
  2. Transaction fee based on order volume
  3. Marketing Allowance
  4. Service Fee

Payment Term: Net 60 (Standard Agreement) or Net 37 (FC Agreement)
